The artist behind Face It
My journey into makeup world began at 20, when I enrolled in a local college to study Beauty Therapy. I was approached by one of my tutors who thought I had a flair for makeup and suggested I should move courses. So I transferred over to study Media Makeup and well… the rest is history! I had always loved makeup… but had never envisioned it as my career!
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working for prestigious cosmetic brands such as MAC, Laura Mercier, and Urban Decay. These experiences have allowed me to refine my craft, deepen my product knowledge, and carefully curate my professional makeup kit. Most importantly, working behind the beauty counters gave me the opportunity to work with people of all ages, skin tones and face shapes. This really helped shape and evolve my artistry.
As my skills and reputation grew, loyal clients began requesting my services for weddings and special events. This inspired me to take the leap into freelancing, allowing me to dedicate myself entirely to what I love most.
Today, I have a thriving and diverse clientele across Hertfordshire, London and Cambridge. I pride myself on creating a warm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere where you can feel at ease.
